Every year on the last Saturday of the month hundreds of people congregate at the Shoreline Sears in the parking lot to celebrate Shoreline and raise money for They Shall Walk to give the gift of walking. The address is 15711 Aurora Ave N, Seattle, WA.
7am Volunteers check in at 7am to set up the event. Vendors and car show contestants are welcome to show up as early as 7am.
9am Walkers and Rollers check in at 9am, turn in your donations and pledges and register for prizes. Costume contest check in, get your photo taken. Enjoy the car show, live music, face painting and more. Free goodies from sponsors. Buy your Ford car at the They Shall Walk and Roll-a-thon and a donation will be made to They Shall Walk on your behalf. Bill Pierre Ford will have sales people on site to help you buy. Check out the Fitness Arch demonstration and the Arm Ergometers on display.
11am Ivar’s clam chowder, hot and ready will be passed out to the first 500 people back from the walk and roll event.
Noon prizes will be awarded and the festivities will continue.
